Problem accepting invite for family premium

Problem accepting invite for family premium

When I click on Accept Invitation button in the email it opens my account page and credit card payment screen. No option to enter the code or other info. Have tried on 2 devices, same result. Thanks for any help

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies before trying again. Also, make sure you're logged in with your Spotify account here before clicking the Accept Invite button on the email you received.

 

This should take you directly to the address verification page, instead of asking you to enter the invite code.

Thanks. I got it resolved by using the in private mode in browser.
