Problem managing Family plan

I was the original account owner before changing to Family.  I invited my wife, son & daughter. Everything was fine until about 2 months ago.  Now when I log in it shows that my wife is logged in.  When I go to the accounts page on my computer I try to get into the family area to manage the accounts but am told that I must ask the family admin to make changes.  Thinking that my wife's account is the main acct. I try hers but she too cannot make changes and needs to contact the admin same with my kids.

I can't find any way to get in to manage the accounts, my plan was to delete the accounts then re-invite everyone. This is not possible, not even closing the account.  They have NO problem charging for the service but do not support it AT ALL. I can't downgrade my subscription since no one in my household is the admin.  Do I have to cancel my recurring payment with my CC company?  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
