Problemas no plano familiar

Não estou conseguindo incluir meu irmão no plano familiar. Moramos no mesmo endereço. Sou o titular do plano, eu consigo enviar o convite, mas quando ele tenta fazer o cadastro, dá erro. Como devo proceder para incluí-lo?

Yearly Premium Plan upgraded to Family Plan, whats the price delta?

I have a Yearly Premium Plan, and would like to upgrade to a Family Plan. What is the price delta? Is there a Yearly option for the Family Plan? If I upgrade, how will my billing reflect the new plan? Thanks! CheersJames
