Problem while trying to accept invite for family package

After filling the info about the address, the following messagw apears:

3 - Opa, algo deu errado. Tente de novo.

"Something went wrong, please try again."

i tried again and the same message keeps showing up.

I am getting the same warning. I cancelled my current premium account to join my family account and I keep getting the "Opps" warning and not able to join. 

What do we need to do to get accepted into the family account!!
