Problems changing son's account address

I am having problems changing the country of my son't Spotify account.  I made the mistake of setting this account up while on holiday in France, and it now thinks he lives at a different (French) address to my own (in Ireland) - so it will not let me add him to the Family subscription that I have just set up.

I can't change his country, because it is greyed out.  This does not change, even after I tried to add my Irish credit card to his account.

Because this credit card information is sensitive , I would prefer to be contacted by a member of Spotify staff, and for the problem to be resolved by direct Spotify intervention.  You should have my email address already.
