Problems with family account

Good evening.

I have booked the family subscription and registered my wife. The whole thing worked for a week, then my wife was put back on spotify free. We live in the same household and have the same address. I tried to repeat the process several times, but it does not work. What am I doing wrong?

I have the same problem. Me and my mother got removed from my fathers account. It is really annoying. And Spotify does not care. We will now switch to another service. Spotify is obviously not able to fix their service

Same problem, i don't know what to do because on my Computer spotify is working just fine with primium for family but not on my cellphone.
