I can not connect to the family Premium account? Only the one with comercals. Do I need a link?

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! Hope you don't mind us moving your post as it fits better here.

 

The Family plan manager can invite you to the plan through their account page by following the steps here. Once you've received and accepted the invite, you should see Premium features in the app right away. You can also double-check the Premium status on your own account page. If you've successfully joined the plan, it will be displayed there 🙂

 

It's worth noting that you might still notice ads in certain podcasts episodes. Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, however, some podcasts include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.

 

Should the account page show active Premium, but the features doesn't appear for you in the app, could you check if logging out and back in again make any difference? Does it appear in the same way on all devices that you use Spotify on?
