Hi

I have a family subscription and I live in the United Kingdom. My daughter resides at my UK address but recently moved to Canada for school.

She recently installed Spotify on her phone and setup a free spotify account in Canada.

I sent her a family subscription email link so she could be added to my family subscription but when she tried to enable it with her account it reported back that she is no allowed to use my family subscription as she is now living in a different country.

Please can Spotify change this rule as i am sure there are many family members around the world that are in the same situation as myself that would like members of thier family living tempoaraly in another country to be allowed access to the family subscription.
