Premium Family Plan - Family gets commercials?

We have the same problem. One famiky member gets commercial though login with correct account and added in the family plan.

Is this for real that Spotify dont have any customer service when getting problems? This is really bad....

All of the accounts linked to the Premium for Family plan shouldn't have ads, since they're Premium.

Let's make sure the account that's getting the ads is linked to the Premium for Family plan. You can do so under the plan's overview page.

Also, this could be caused by a duplicate account. To make sure if there's another Free account, try following these troubleshooting steps.
