Reactivated family subscription not working for family members

Reactivated family subscription not working for family members

I was using spotify family for me and a family member for some time. I didn't pay it for some time and it got deactivated. Now I paid it but it's not working for anyone except me? Could I have accidentaly paid for a *new" family subscription instead of renewing my old one? I did follow a link telling me to "resume subscription" not add a new one.

Hey @decorayah, welcome to the Community!

 

You'll need to reinvite every one of your family members back to your plan so they can get their Premium features back.
