Redeem code not working Premium Family

My daugthers invite code isn't working. She has a basic account and received the invite email. When I go to "redeem" to enter the code is says "Unfortunatly this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service" I've resent the email 3 times, all have the same code.  Her postal code and country matches mine. Help!

I have the same problem, when a family member enter the premium code provided on the email  it was not valid. Kindly help!

Same issue here.  I tweeted as well, but seems like there isn't much interraction on the community...
