Removed from spotify premium for family

Last month i have started using spotify premium for family. There are 6 members and i am the owner of the account. After a month a problem has appeared - one of the members was removed from the account authomatically. I sent a second invitation but she can't accept it as it is said that adeess is not verified. But the adress is correct and i do not know how to deal with it.
