Restarting Family Subscription after Payment Failure

Hi!

I have had a Family plan for the last year, with six separate accounts falling under that subscription. There was recently an issue with my bank which prevented me from paying my subscription fee and my account was subsequently downgraded. I have just repaid my subscription fee and have been re-upgraded to Family if you will, yet the accounts previously associated with my old account are no longer attached to my subscription. Is there any way to rejoin those accounts automatically, without having to resend the invite links and re-register each account individually? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

When your Premium for Family plan ends and your account is turned back to Free, all members are removed from the plan and turned back to Free as well.

 

The only way to set it back up is by sending an invite to each member again. They'll need to validate the address to join again.
