Sending an invite on pemium family

I am trying to send an invite off my dads family account to my email so i am able to use the account but the emails wont send to my email address i have tried it on afew different phones and yet an email from spotify saying i have been invited will not go through

Can you try sending the invite from an incognito window, on a desktop PC? Also, we recommend you to check your spam and junk folders since the invite might be there.
