Several attempts to annex my wife to the family plan

My Question or Issue
My wife has already tried several times to have an account through the link that I have sent couple of times, without success.
It is very complicated and even now impossible to generate an account for her, since I am a Premium-member since 09/12/2014.
I would like in the simplest way as possible that the person in charge of the administration of the accounts, can support me as soon as possible with this.

Make sure she already has an account before she tries joining your plan. If she doesn't have an account yet, they can sign up for one here.

From there, she'll just need to follow the steps listed here to accept your invite.

Steps above dont work and it is getting pretty annoying i am traying to add my wife for 6 months now and i spend my money for nothing

Same here. The system failed to verify that my sister’s address and mine are actually the same, and kept rejecting my request for joining.
