Son cant join family

Son cant join family

My son can't join my family plan. He was on my boyfriends previously.  Now it says he can't switch even though the other plan was canceled?

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here.

 

Please keep in mind that member accounts can switch Family plans only once per year. If your son was already part of a second plan or left and re-joined the old one, he will be able to join yours after the 12 month period has passed. Can you confirm that this is not the case?

 

If it's not, could you send us a screenshot of the error message here receives when he tries to accept the invite? It's also a good idea to try accepting it via an incognito browser or a different device. That way he can avoid data stored in the browser that might be causing this.
