Split Family Premium Bill

Is it possible to split a family premium bill between all the users within that premium group?

Yeah, but not through Spotify's website. You could collect money from all family members that are in the Premium for Family plan.

Firstly, only the owner of the premium for family plan will be charged. The other members will not be charged. Hence the only way of splitting the bill is to have a personal transaction of some sort. Spotify will not do it for you. See it as you paying back someone whom you owe money to. Hope this answers your question.
