Spotify Family Premium

Hi, I and my brothers have just signed up for the Spotify family premium on Monday and today I noticed they've been kicked off and was told their address can't be verified. 

Do we have to physically leave together at the same property to have the family account because we don't leave together?

Yes, to use Family plan you need to live togheter. It is stated on the Terms and Conditions:

All account holders must reside at the same address to be eligible for the Premium for Family Plan.
