Spotify Family Problem

Spotify Family Problem

I have purchased Spotify Family Premium, and so far I have added two accounts, however, for one family member, Spotify Premium hasn't taken effect. Any help?

Hey @NathanBunney, welcome to the community!

 

There are many reasons for your problem, here are some of them:

  • Does your relative live with you?
  • Did your relative confirm the email verification from Spotify?

If the answers are yes, go to your relative subscription account page: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/ and verify the state of it, in case that says Premium try this:
