My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

I recently got out of one Sotify Family account to join another one (some changes in the Family, all normal so far). I also got the registration mail, filled out the form and used it for about a week, now it's not working anymore because I apparently failed to verify my adress. The admin now sent my a new invitation, which I now can't accept anymore. 

Any idea how to solve this one?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with joining the plan.

 

Do they have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? What about with a different device?
