Spotify Family

Spotify Family

I invited my two kids to Spotify Family who already have free accounts. They are both living under my roof. One child hasn't received the invitation (also not in spam) and the other was told she wasn't living under my roof (however Spotify sees itself in the position to judge this) - which isn't true. How can I solve the problem?

Hey @PeterO1, welcome to the community!

 

No worries, we'll help you with these issues. If the address entered on the member's account don't match the one used by the plan owner, they'll be removed from it. This could be the reason why your daughter's account can't be added to the plan.

 

About the email not being received on for the other account, try checking from the plan owner's account if you can generate a code, instead of sending the email. That way you can redeem the code from this account here.

 

If this doesn't work, and to have your daughter's account linked back to your plan, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
