Spotify + Hulu

Hello, I'm a regular spotify and hulu user, I got an email with the offer to merge both accounts in one,  my Spotify account is working, however when I tried to merged the account, following the instructions to do so I get the following error

We are unable to process your card. Please enter a different payment method or contact your card issuer to enjoy Hulu

Can you please help

To get the Hulu bundle with the discount, you just have to log in here and follow all the steps.

We suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to set up the bundle. This'll help with many of these error messages.

Keep in mind that the promotion includes Hulu Limited Commercials, if you have a subscription with Hulu already, you'll need to cancel it first before linking the two accounts.
