Spotify Premium Family wrong address

Hello Spotify community,

I've been using Spotify Family for a couple of months with my roomates and my boyfriend and everything went OK.

Today my boyfriend told me that his premium subscription wasn't working anymore so I checked and his account wasn't in the members list.

I sent him again the invitation link but he typed wrong a number (47521 instead of 47522) and confirmed without checking.

Now he can't redeem his premium account, even if he corrects the wrong number, it says that we don't live at the same address.

What should I do? I can't cancel the invitation link but I still have one empty slot, should I send him the link of the another slot or just contact Spotify?

And how could I cancel the invitation link that doesn't work?

For you can correct it, I recommend you get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
