Spotify Premium Wont Cancel

1. Hi. I bought the Spotify Premium 0,99 cents for 3 months. I bought it in June. It has been more than 3 months, and I got charged for 9,99€. I yesterday (7.10.2017) cancelled my Spotify Premium, it said that it will be cancelled 8.10.2017. Today, is the date my Spotify Premium should end, but it still hasn’t. Please help me with this, I do not want to pay every month 9,99€.

When you cancel your subscription it does not end immediately. It runs for the full period you paid for. If it says it ends on 8.10.2017 this probably means it includes today and will end a little bit later. Since you cancalled you woun't be charged again.
