Spotify Premium for Family Doesn't Work

My brother started a spotify premium family account but I can't access it because we live in different countries. Even though I've tried almost every way I found on the spotify support page, it still doesn't work. My mom managed to change her country but it's giving me different pages than it gave to my mom. What can I do so that my country changes to match that of the spotify premium for family?

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same address as the plan owner. 🙂
