Spotify does NOT make it easy for a family member to log in - ready to cancel on day 1

I am the account owner and paid for family this morning, even after I've had difficulty with the free Spotify yesterday.  I hate that I'm paying a company, yet having to go to a community to get help since there is no one I can call or have a live chat with.  So - my wife received an invite and clicked confirm on the email, went to Spotify to log in.  We are GUESSING (since no one at Spotify makes it simple and explains it) she needs to get a free account, so she did - using the SAME EMAIL that I sent her invite to.  We downloaded the app (it downloaded the install app 5 times as it downloaded it every time I clicked on "sign up"), and access it via the app and it is still the free account.    I'm still not sure what the advantage of this is over Pandora that I've had for 2 years, but still trying it through today.   So - how does she log in under my family account?  By the way, if you tell me she can't be on her computer in her office using our Family account while I'm in my office using it on our family account at the same time, we are immediately canceling it and going back to Pandora.

The answer is in the email that an invitee receives.  It says in bold letters to CONFIRM so people click that and it takes them to a browser.    It should have the following IN BOLD, FLASHING LETTERS as this is what is required to perform......

I'm having the same issue. Seems like Angie is a little upset. Had I read the comments and reviews before buying the family plan, I would have never bought it. We need answers!! CLEARLY EVERYONE IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE... Now click on them bold letters!!!! FRUSTRATED MUCH!! 

The solution is to follow the Small Type above the Accept Invite button. It worked for us

Please help with this issue. Paid for premium and cannot get my family to log in to premium. The link doesn't work....

hi,

either i click on this page or on the green ACCEPT INVITATION, it's still get me to the regular log in page. There's no case to put the invite code.

Does the family members needs to wait until my next paiement ?
