Spotify family keeps repeatedly asking for address verification every month!

Keep getting emails from Spotify wanting to verify address, this time I put my address in and it converted me to a free account keeps saying we can't verify. It's the same address, can someone from staff please message me so you can verify my address cause this automated system isn't doing a good job at it.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
