Spotify family

I keep trying to add my wife to my spotify account. I have premium for family. She goes to the email, clicks the accept invite link. Then she click on redeem and code are invalid. Ive resent the code. But it dosent woork.

Hey @Grayvold1967,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Hello

This morning I done this with my wife and kids. A nightmare to understand...

I found the solution: all personn need a spotify account before.

After, she just click on link, and complete data in relation to her account...

Validate and it's works...
