Spotify kicked a member out of my family plan, won't let me rejoin. Problem of another country?

Spotify kicked a member out of my family plan, won't let me rejoin. Problem of another country?

During this afternoon, a member of my  family plan was removed without notice. She is currently working in Dubai, I gave her the link to enter the plan again, but the system does not let her enter. The error says that the addresses do not match, when they are the same. The other error that appears is that we have to live at the same address. But currently she is working in another country, momently...

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, she will unfortunately have to wait until she's back at your address again, since all members of the plan have to live at the same address.

 

If the issue persists after she's back, let me know 🙂
