Spotify won’t accept any of my payment methods

My Question or Issue

i recently had to get new credit cards as my wallet was stolen. I logged into Spotify to update my card details for my premium family account and it will not accept any of my payment methods I’ve tried my 3 valid credit/debit cards my PayPal account and I even bought a evisa gift card but it refused every one of them. Please help.

Do you get any error messages when trying to add a payment method?

Anyway, my first suggestion is that you try again, this time using a different browser in your computer. Maybe an incognito window might help.
