Started Family premium today, having issues saving songs

Started Family premium today, having issues saving songs

Hiya, my family and I started the wonderful spotify family plan today! Unfortunately my mom can no longer save songs to her library. The check mark goes back to a plus. (She's on a galaxy 6). Was there anyway to fix this? We've tried logging out and uninstalling and reinstalling. Please help!

I guess you are swiping right to ave the song. That doesn't always work. INstead add the song to your library by clicking the three dots next to the song. That should work.
