Hello, I would like to ask that what should I do if I change from Premium to Family Premium if I am not the person who set up the family premium?

Thanks for reaching out. We'll happily help you manage your subscription.

How to proceed depends on what you need to do. The options are as follows:

If you want to manage the Family plan, just go here and change your subscription. The plan will change immediately, but you won't be charged right away, instead the billing date will be pulled forward to compensate for the price difference.
If you want to be a member of someone else's Family plan, just have them invite you and then accept the invitation by providing the correct address. See the last part of this article for info on that. When doing so, your active Premium Individual plan will be cancelled immediately and all remaining Premium time will be void.
