Switching from Individual to Family Premium mid payment cycle.

i was added to a family premium plan and came from a individual premium plan. I already paid my monthly payment on the 17th of Nov, but now I am on the family plan which was just paid today. How will I get that money back for the partial month that i am not using the individual plan?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

When you join a Premium Family or Duo plan as a member, any remaining Premium time from an Individual subscription is voided immediately. This means that if you’re currently on Premium Individual, join a Family or Duo plan, and then leave shortly after, your account will revert to the Free version.
