You can pay your Premium subscription using Nequi in different ways. If you want an individual subscription, you can buy a 1, 3, 6 or 12 months code (using your Nequi app) that you can redeem on your account for Premium time. You can buy those codes directly from your Nequi app by logging in, selecting the "Servicios" tab on the lower part of the screen and tapping Entretenimiento > Música > Spotify. There you can choose the type of code you want and the email address where you want to receive the code. Once you get it, you can redeem it here.

The other option is to have a digital debit/credit card inside your Nequi so you can use it to subscribe directly from the page, using the card as a payment method. You can check more info about how to get the digital card here. After you get it, you can use it as a regular debit card to subscribe to Premium as it is listed as a VISA card.
