If you're having issues joining a Family or Duo plan, check these:

Make sure you're entering the same address the plan owner has set up on their account.
Premium Family is for users who live together, if you don't live with the plan owner, check the other subscriptions we have available for you here.
Double check that you're country settings are correct by following these steps.
Plan members can only switch plans once every 12 months. If you already changed plans in the last 12 months, you won't be able to join a new plan, but you can try joining the last plan you were part of.
Try accepting the invite from an private/incognito tab and a different device.
