The accounts in family premium deleted automatically

The accounts in family premium deleted automatically

I have subscribed the family premium for a month successfully,However,two of the members were deleted automatically,so i resend the invitation email to them but it said they aren’t allowed to join the plan.But they did not make any changes at all.The address are the same as mine(the payer) but it said they are disqualified.

Just to make sure, your accounts haven't been deleted, but have just been kicked from the Family subscription right?

 

This happened because your family members probably forgot to click on a link that came via email saying to confirm your location. It might have landed in their spam folders.

 

To solve this, you should try contacting SpotifyCares through either of these:

Tell them what's going on and your username and they'll solve it! 🙂
