The adress is wrong

The adress is wrong

Hi,I am on the spotify premium family. My mom's account went to free and I sent the code to her. But when we put the address always says there is something wrong. Since I know I can not change the address. For me to change the address I need to make a new account, correct? With another email? Will I lose all my playlists?

Hi!
Sadly, it seems like it could be the only solution to create a new account if you have either made a typo on the adress-info or moved to another location. By creating a new account you will lose all your playlists so make sure to do a backup, by sharing the playlist to your mother or someone else and pick the songs from there afterwards.
Also, make sure you have entered the exact same adress on the accounts, since Spotify family only work for people living at the same adress.

this is happening to me, my mom sent me the invite, I put our adress but it says its wrong! We had the family account, now I went free and it is happening only with me.. my sister was free too, but got the premium again!
