Transfer Playlists and Albums

I have a premium single account and want to move to a family account. When I get the family version, how do I move my kids' playlists and albums over to their individual accounts? And is there any way to change the recommendations so that I don't keep getting recommendations on my for their music preferences? They've used my account so much, all of my preferences have disappeared and I now only get recommendations for their music (which I hate!).
