Tried accepting family invitation and S tried to charge my daughter

Tried accepting family invitation and S tried to charge my daughter

I signed up for family premium and sent invitations to my daughters. When the email was pulled up, she clicked 'accept invitation' and a page popped up to populate credit card info to charge her the $14.99. I'm the account holder that sent out the invites and I was already informed when I'd be charged the family rate. Why is it so hard to get support? You pay for a service then have to go through hoops to try to resolve a non-functioning issue of no error on my end...

Hi there @furrimurri, I'm sorry to hear your having issues with your new Family Plan but no worries, support is just a form away! Please contact them and make sure you detail your problem and they'll be able to manage your account and your family member's.
