Unable to activate a family subscription

Unable to activate a family subscription

I have a premium account and I want to subscribe to a family account.

 

When I select the family subscription in my account, I get an error message.

 

Error message translation : Cannot modify the program. This could be because you are not eligible for this program, have already subscribed to it, or have not yet registered a payment method.

 

How to subscribe to the family account?

Welcome to the Community!

 

We recommend you try upgrading your subscription to Premium Family using an incognito/private window in your browser to avoid any possible issues caused by cache and cookies. You can also try it on another device or network.

Thanks for the quick reply.

 

In this case we'd suggest logging out everywhere and using a different device. You can try logging in and subscribing through this link.

 

If this still doesn't work, tell us when exactly you are receiving the error message. Does it happen after you've entered your payment details or before that.?
