Unable to add child to Premium Family plan - keeps reverting to the guide

Unable to add our daughter to Spotify Premium Family Plan as when we click to add a child under 13, it sends us to the page, on how to get to this page. We cannot get access to the plan settings through the App as the guide says, and on spotify's website, we are not permitted to add members by the common clicking to add - not even to add under 13.

Could you let me know if you’re referring to this support article? If so, try the steps from a different device and with a different internet connection to see if that helps.

I have attempted opening my account with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox with luck, but unable to interact with the 'Add members to your plan' button, as well, clicking 'add listener under 13' leads to a yellow box on how to get to where I just came from, without letting me get further. No additional options opening it through the app or website.

The yellow box leads to a loop when I press 'add listener under 13', just takes me back to where I pressed it.

The white box does not permit me to press 'add member'

Thanks for getting back.

Just to double-check, are you trying to create the Kids account through the Spotify Kids app? It can only be done through the app, as described in the support article.
