My Question or Issue

I have upgraded to Premium Family. As plan manager I am unable to download. All members of my family can but Spotify is saying “Remove all downloads on devices” before I can download. Obviously my family can download with this subscription and so I should too. My device list on google has nothing on it other than TVs and they don’t download. How can I also download with this subscription?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

This error message isn’t related to your Premium Family plan or its members—it’s connected to your own account.

 

I recommend making sure you’ve removed all Spotify offline music from devices you no longer use, as they’ll still count toward your offline device limit. 🙂

 

To remove offline music, go to the Spotify app > Settings > Storage > Remove all downloads.
