I cannot join in the family plan

I cannot join in the family plan

I was kicked out of the family plan because my wife forgot to pay for the family plan. We paid again, and when I tried to join, I got a warning saying that we don't live in the same country. We started the first membership 5 months ago. Our information, country and address are the same, we haven't made any changes. How can I get this warning now?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I’d recommend double-checking that all your account information is up to date on your account page.

 

If you’re using a VPN/Proxy, try switching it off, as it can interfere with the service. Also, make sure you’re physically at your home address when trying to accept the new invite.

 

If you’re still having trouble re-joining, a screenshot of the exact error message would help me take a closer look.
