Unable to invite other family members

I have registrered and received confirmation about joining Spotify premium for family but  after clicking the "invite  other family members"-button I only receive a blank square...after trying to unsubscribe my earlier Spotify Premium account in order to start from the beginning with Spotify for family I receive a 404:error-message.... What to do???

Hey @Totte1,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
