Unable to rejoin Premium for Family plan

Unable to rejoin Premium for Family plan

Hi, for some reason, I was recently removed from my partner's family plan because Spotify wasn't able to "confirm the address for your plan."

When he sent a link for me to rejoin, I got the error: "You can’t join this plan. We couldn’t confirm that you live with the plan manager for this plan. You can join someone else’s plan again in 12 months."

WTF. I've since added an address to my account, which is the same address as my partner's, but still get the same errors. How do I get added back to our Premium family plan? This is super frustrating.

Spotify likely sent you an email asking you to confirm your address within 7 days and since you didn't do it, you were removed from the plan. It's possible the email landed in your email junk/spam folder.
