Unable to remove account from family plan

I have a family plan. As part of that my child has a Kids account. She has now forgotten that login details - so I want to manage that for her.
I am the Plan Manager, but I can't remove or add members to the plan anymore

Thanks for reaching out.

Spotify for Kids accounts/profiles can only be managed directly through the Spotify for Kids app since they're not regular Spotify accounts with their login details. You're always using your own login credentials 🙂
