Unable to send invites for Spotify Family

I have signed up for Spotify Premium Family and am unable to add anyone. When I go to my account page and click 'Premium for Family' it takes me to a blank page. I have tried for 2 weeks and there has been no change always a blank page does anyone know how to fix this? TIA

Really annoyed as the same is happening to us. We have had the money go out and should have access but we get a blank white page. Did you get a result?

Hi, I ended up getting in touch with the spotify support crew. Although they couldn't tell me what was causing the issue they sorted for me from their end and sent invites out on my behalf. Have you tries using a different search engine? If the same problem occurs you can try get in touch with them to sort for you like I did.

I went to the contact us link, it took me a while to get there and find something other than this forum to help but did get there in the end. I don't remember what page it was from sorry but I do remember it taking a while to find the right link I just kept clicking and following the Q&A until I found what I was looking for

OK so I have had a play around and when you are logged in scroll to the bottom of the web page and click on 'About' there will be a link called 'contact us' then follow the prompted questions to find what you are looking for pretty sure that's how I ended up with a live chat.
