Upgrade to premium allows multiple payment options, upgrade to family only allows credit card!

As the title says, I`m in Indonesia and have multiple choices of payment gateways to upgrade to Premium.

I actually want the whole family to be in the package, if I choose family and the only way I can pay is by credit card, which is no good to me as I only have a UK credit card and this will not work.

Any thoughts on why there is only credit card option for family upgrade?

That's just how it is at the moment. Not all payment methods are available for Premium for Family.
