Upgrading to Spotify Family says we are not in the same country

My daughter has used the link on her invite email and logged in (new account) when she went through the process it says she can't log in because we aren't in the same country?  We are on the same sofa!

Hey @Susiep70

 

Tell her to check her country in her profile page and compare it with yours.

 

If your country codes appear different in your profiles, for example, one of them in uppercase and the other in lowercase, the system treats them as different countries.

 

This is due to the fact that Facebook created accounts take the country information from the Facebook profile.
