Hey, my account has been premium via family for more than a year now, but recently a problem is tormenting me and I just had to post about it here. I had to make several accounts (4) because of this problem. Here is the problem: My mother forgot what she exactly put for her address. How is somebody supposed to remember wether she put Cornell St. or Cornell Street? Every single time I get an invite link, it gives me premium for a month or two. Afterwards, it asks for an address, which I type in. Then it revokes my premium like a **bleep**. Please fix your system. I assume this happens since I used Road instead of Rd. Do you have to ve so meticulous about the details? Me and my mother are getting really pissed and we would like to see this issue resolved soon. I have seen issues resembling this, and I don't think the customer service knows how to deal with this issue. The posts are just left with no solution. Here's your chance to explain to us (IN DETAIL) HOW there could be a difference between my and my mother's addresses.

I'm sorry to hear about the hassle that you're having! Since both you and your mother live in the same adress you shouldn't have these troubles. Your best bet is to send a note to Spotify Support through this page or by tweeting them, @SpotifyCares.
